Jennifer plays a key role in making our patients’ visits smooth and relaxing. She talks with patients while preparing them for treatment, answering any questions they may have. She pays special attention to the details when getting our treatment room ready, taking x-rays and logging information into patient charts. She assists Dr. Arima during dental procedures and patients can feel confident they are in good hands.
Jennifer graduated from Bryman College in 2001 on the Directors’ honor roll. She had three years experience at Sea Mar Community Health before joining our office.
Her interests include horseback riding, riding motorcycles, hiking and gardening.
Megan is the primary preventive practitioner in our office, responsible for teaching patients about good oral hygiene. She examines patients’ teeth and gums, records the presence of disease, removes calculus, stains and plaque from teeth and performs root debridement (deep cleaning). She takes and develops x-rays, applies cavity preventive agents, administers anesthetic and places restoration. She also works with Dr. Arima to develop long term treatment plans for patients.
